Kids Program
Our kids have a blast learning self protection skills and strategies that actually work against strangers and bullies. While training with age-appropriate kickboxing, grappling and karate skills, they participate in fun exercises and games making them more agile, durable and confident.
Because our curriculum is so effective, we make certain the children understand that martial arts is only to be used in real emergencies against strangers, not in situations where a peer merely angers them. On top of that, we work with parents to carefully monitor our students' behavior at home and school, ensuring that they follow the Warrior Code of Conduct which we discuss regularly in class. Reinforced by positive peers and our professional instructors, our little ones learn respect, discipline, goal achievement, self control, focus, and work ethic. They do their best in school, treat everyone with respect, control their emotions, have excellent manners and help other people - not hurt them.
We provide classes for 5-7year olds and 8-12 year olds.

"In Elite Martial Arts I have learned good principles such as self-control and perseverance. I have learned to set goals for myself such as making the basketball team, saving money to buy myself an iTouch, or earning my Black Belt
I think that Elite Martial Arts has helped teach me good black belt principles that I can use for the rest of my life. I think I can defend myself from bullies."

"One of the first responsibilities is having great self control. Because it says in the student creed 'I will use common sense before self defense.' I will do more than my very best to follow these words.
Karate does not only teach fighting. It also teaches respect for adults, self control, and perseverance and to never give up. And if the karate students don't respect that, he or she might just loose a belt."

"[Being a black belt] means that I don't have to be scared or intimidated by things but instead, I can face things with confidence. The process of becoming a black belt has taught me that sometimes winning requires more strategy than it does strength."
