Zoom-only classes week of Nov. 30--Dec. 5

Hi EMA family, Happy Thanksgiving! We've given it a good bit of thought and decided to play it safe next week. We know that a lot of families will be traveling and/or gathering with relatives over the Thanksgiving weekend. We've decided to do classes via Zoom the week following Thanksgiving. I feel we are being overly cautious, but less harm comes out of that than being under-cautious. We have had no problems so far and we want to keep it that way. By doing this, we'll all have a week to ten days to determine if anyone has developed any symptoms or if they had been exposed during the time off. We don't take this decision lightly. We had finally managed to get most of you back in person. As much as I love what Zoom has done for us this year, it's clear that training in person has greater benefits than doing it online. We're planning to get back to the mats full time again the following week. Please come back in person ASAP, unless of course you've come into contact with anyone who's positive or you're showing any symptoms. If that's the case, keep your cooties to yourself. ;) I'm planning some fun workouts to burn off the Thanksgiving calories that your entire family can do together at home.
